Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted if items are received damaged or wrong. Please be aware that all earrings are handmade and slight imperfections are expected and normal. When you receive your order, please inspect it and if damages or gross imperfections are present take pictures. Please include these pictures and utilize the contact button above to contact us as soon as possible. We take pride in producing an amazing product and although we will do everything possible to make the situation right, refunds are at our sole discretion.
Shipping
Please provide the most up to date and accurate shipping information at checkout. If shipments are returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional shipping charges may apply. Items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days although, receiving times may vary depending on USPS.
Earring care
Do not:

Wear the earrings when applying perfume, deodorant and hairspray

Drop your earrings as the small parts may break

Use chemicals or jewelry cleaner

Submerge or subject to liquid or heat (other than defined below for cleaning)
Do:

Remove your earrings when showering or going into the pool/water

Store your polymer clay earrings in a container to avoid scratches

Use a soft cloth or Q-tip moistened with water and mild soap for cleaning as necessary
Materials used
Products are made from Polymer Clay (main medium). We also paint with acrylic paints which are waterproof and non-toxic. Some earrings are sealed with resin or dura-clear to provide additional protection, enhance product life, and provide for a deep gloss finish.

Nickle free components are always used. These components are chosen via their description as nickel free or plated in the product description. Gold plated findings are also usually nickel free but there is no 100% guarantee unfortunately.
